Really enjoyed the WW2 history and the display on Cyclone Tracey. The guide really knew his stuff and conveyed it well. The salad sandwiches tasted great and being dropped at Stokes Wharf was a bonus we didn't expect. Thanks for a great tour!

Very informative would have been good to have some more time in some of the places and also some stops to take some photos eg city view

The sights and places were interesting and the guide/driver was knowledgeable. However, she totally lacked a jovial disposition and it seemed like it was an effort for her to be there. She was not friendly or flexible in the tour, and seemed almost robotic in her commentary.

Only had a day up my sleeve and just wanted a quick look around town. I managed to book this with short notice. Most tours went for 12-13 hours down to National Parks but as we were only in town or a day(to catch The Ghan) needed to find something about Darwin and this tour fitted in nicely. it was a great choice. Rob the tour leader has been in the game for years and knows his stuff. He was entertaining as well as informative and we enjoyed the day out. While i enjoyed all the attractions it was good just getting a feel of the place. In hindsight I could have spent a few days in Darwin as it is so isolated and probably not seen as a destination for a lot of Kiwis. It should be.

This proved to be an excellent way to introduce overseas visitors to Darwin & the NT. Well paced and structured, one was able to comfortably grasp the city's development from colonial backwater to vibrant state capital, overcoming many daunting climatic and wartime setbacks in the process. The museums were excellent and the city tour itself informative and entertaining. By the end we felt we knew enough about the area to more intelligently explore the hinterland.
